Ingredients:3/4 c Flour, white1/2 c Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1/4 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Baking Powder1/2 stick room temp Butter, unsalted 2/3 c Granulated Sugar1 large whole Egg2 Egg whites1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tsbp prepared instant coffee1/2 cup greek yogurt (calc uses Dannon Vanilla 5.3 oz container)1/3 c semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat 350* oven. Mix flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder in medium bowl. In seperate bowl, mix sugar and butter with mixer on medium speed. Add vanilla, egg, egg whites, 2 tbsp prepared instant coffee. Add dry ingredients. Add yogurt and combine gently. Stir in chocolate chips. May optionally add nuts (not in calculator).
Spread in foil lined 8x8 pan sprayed with cooking spray (these brownies are dense and easier to remove with foil) Cook for ~21 minutes until toothpick is clean.
