Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Ingredients
10 cups chopped red cabbage1/2 cup dried cranberries1 chopped shallot1/2 cup fat-free balsamic vinaigrette dressing1/4 cup brown sugarsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix vinaigrette with brown sugar, then toss together with remaining ingredients. Allow to sit in refridgerator for an hour or so and enjoy!
