Thai salmon cakes

Ingredients
salmon, bread crumbs, cilantro, basil, onion, egg, oil, curry paste, salt & pepper
Directions
Salt & pepper 1 fillet of salmon, cook @ 400F for 12 minutes or until opaque and flakable.
Mix egg, fish sauce & curry paste in small bowl.
Flake fish, add bread crumbs, cilantro, basil, onion & mix well. Add egg mixture. mix well & divide into 8 patties.
Saute in spray oil.
Makes 8 patties.
