2 Tubes refrigerated sugar cookie dough1 "bunch" of red or green seedless grapes2 cans Mandarin oranges-drained1 can Pineapple chunks, drained1 pkg frozen or fresh strawberries4 Kiwi fruitmay add or delete fruit to preference
place cookie dough on ungreased cookie sheet like a pizza crust (two cookie sheets usually work). Bake per package instructions. Let cool completely. Spread 1 tub of cool whip to each pan. Cut up fruit and place on cool whip. Cut into serving sizes and refrigerate before and after serving.
