Banana Bread

Ingredients

1 1/4 cups sugar2 tbsp butter3 egg whites1 1/2 mashed banana2/3 cup fat free yogurt1 tsp vanilla2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup instant oats
Preheat oven to 350. Spray one 8" loaf pan and one 9" loaf pan with baking spray. Set aside.
Mix first 6 ingredients together well in a large bowl. Set aside.
Mix the reat of the ingredeints together in a seperate bowl. Then add to wet ingredients, mix until just combined. Pour into loaf pans till 2/3 full.
Bake in the middle of the oven for aprox. 50 minutes ot until a tooth pick, inserted, comes out clean.
