Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients
12 Oz. peeled and deveined shrimp6 T low fat mayo3 T Thai sweet chili sauce2 drops Sriracha Hot Chili Saucedry cornstarchOil for frying
Directions
Mix Mayo with Sweet chili sauce. Add hot sauce to taste. Dredge shrimp in corn starch. Fry shrimp in oil until lightly brown. Drain on paper towel. Put in bowl and coat with sauce. Serve in lettuce lined bowl, topped w/ chopped scallions.
