Slow-cooker shredded BBQ chicken

Ingredients
7 chicken thighs (about 2 1/2 lbs)1/2 ketchup2 tbsp louisiana hot sauce4 tsp brown sugarwatersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Remove skin from chicken and place in slower cooker on high with about 2 cups of water. After 3-4 hours, chicken should be completely cooked through and falling off the bone. Drain excess water from chicken, remove remaining cartilage and fat. Place back in slow cooker on low, add other ingredients. Cook 1-2 hrs season to taste.

Makes 6 servings. Enjoy on a bun or as salad.
