Ingredients
Egg Noodles, enriched, 6 oz *Neufchatel Cheese (Light Cream Cheese), 4 tbspSour cream, fat free, 100 grams*Great Value Fat Free Milk, .25 cup *Fresh Garlic (1 clove = 3g), 3 gram(s) Salt, .5 tspPepper, black, .25 tsp *Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 ozScallions, raw, .25 cup, choppedParmesan Cheese, shredded, 2 tbsp
Directions
Prepare the noodles using the package directions, omitting the salt and oil. Meanwhile, in a food processor or blender, process the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic, salt, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper until smooth. Heat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Remove from the heat and lightly spray with vegetable oil spray. Cook the chicken for 5 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center, stirring frequently. Stir in the cream cheese mixture. Cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the noodles. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with the green onions, parmesan, and pepper.
