Ingredients
6 ounces pretzels crushed1 cup egg beaters5 tbs honey mustard3 tbs parmesean cheese45 ounces chicken breast2 tbs thyme
Directions
preheat oven to 425
place rack on cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray
place pretzel in dish with thyme and cheese
mix egg and mustard in shallow dish
dip chicken in egg then coat with pretzels, place on rack
spray chicken with pam
cook 20 minutes or unttil done

    A hit for even my pickiest eater. Skipped the tyme and used chicken strips. Did not use all of the egg dip so next time will cut this down to half the recipe. - 7/22/12
