Spinach and Bacon Quiche

Pillsbury refrigerator pie crust4 slices turkey bacon4 oz. swiss cheese4 eggs1.5 cups milk1 cup frozen spinachone half onionSprinkle of nutmeg1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preheat oven to 375. Follow directions on box to prepare pie crust in 9 inch pie pan.
Saute onions until soft, place evenly in pie crust. Saute bacon until fully cooked, chop and place in pie crust. Saute frozen spinach until warm and spread evenly on top of bacon, along with grated swiss cheese.
Warm milk in saucepan until almost scalded, add pepper and nutmeg. Set aside to cool slightly. Beat 4 eggs in a bowl, add milk and mix. Pour milk mixture into pie crust.
Bake 35-40 minutes, until top is browned. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing into 6 wedges.
