Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef8 oz tomato sauce1 egg1 c oatsketchup
Directions
mix beef, tomato sauce, egg, and oats with hands
form into balls and place in muffin tin
bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes
makes approx 8 muffins
