Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2-3 cups diced and cooked chicken breast 1.5 cups whole cranberries1.5 cups pecan halves2 stalks celery1 c. Light Miracle Whip
Directions
I made this using some leftover chicken from a homemade pizza. So add some time if you need to cook the chicken.

Put the chicken, cranberries, celery, and pecans into a food processor and pulse several times until you get a fine ground mush. You still want some decent chunks, so don't go too crazy. Transfer to a larger bowl and add the miracle whip. Mix together.

I serve this in a half of a pita pocket. It is delicious!
