Tortilla Lasagna

1 pound ground bison, browned (can use beef or turkey)1 can Chilli Beans1 can Black Beans1 can Refried Beans1 can Mexican seasoned tomatoes (Rotel)1 cup finely shredded Sharp Cheddar8 whole wheat tortillasGround cuminGround chili powder
Brown the meat.
Rinse beans while meat is cooking.
Drain tomatoes.
Slice tortillas into 1-2" strips.
Mix together beans, tomatoes, and meat. Season with cumin and chilli powder to your liking.
Place 1 cup of meat mix on bottom of pan (9x13). Top with 1/3 cup of cheese. Place 1/3 tortillas on top to cover. Spread 1/3 refried beans over top. Repeat until the top layer is covered. Place remaing refried beans on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
