Ingredients:Beef chuck, 16 oz Celery, cooked, .5 cup, dicedCarrots, cooked, 1 cup slicesCanned Tomatoes, 1 canPotato, with skin, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
Brown beef, add 4 oz. water to pan and stir to get browning into sauce, add to slow cooker. Chop celery, and carrots, add with canned tomatoes and stir. Cook on high for 3-4 hours, add diced potatoes, stir and cook until potatoes are done, stir in a 1/4 cup of dehydrated potatoes to thicken. Makes 4-1.5 cup servings.
