Bananna Nut Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter1 cup sugar2 egg yolks1 teaspoon vanilla3 mashed bananas1/4 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon baking powder2 cups flour1/2 cup chapped walnuts2 egg whites
Directions
Cream butter and sugar well. Add egg yolks, vanilla and bananas. Add sifted dry ingredients and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
