on the fly mac n cheese

Ingredients
2 Tbl extra virgin olive oil\10 oz whole wheat pasta.25 C. whole wheat flour.5 C. 2% milk3.5 C. shredded Cheddarsauteed Garlic and onion to taste.salt and pepper to taste
Directions
boil and cook 10 oz. of whole grain rotini
saute onion and garlic in 2 T. oil.
add flour and milk and stir until it begins to thicken
add the 2.5 C. of cheddar ( 1C. at a time) and stir to combine... Sauce will be thick...
pour over cooked/drained pasta and mix together...
