Parmesan Crouton Crusted Fish (low carb)

Ingredients
Parmasian cheese, croutons, 2 % milk, butter, talapia fish filet.
Directions
Soak Talapia in salt water for 4 hours then milk overnight. Place Talapia filet on a pam sprayed baking sheet, sprinkle with Parmasian cheese, crushed croutons and drizzle with melted butter. Cook for 30 minutes.
