Quinoa and black bean salad

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic3/4 c. quinoa2-3 c. black beans1 c. frozen corn1 t. cumin1.4 t. cayenne pepper1/2 c. fresh cilantro1 1/2 c. chicken broth
Directions
Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add cumin, cayenne pepper, quinoa and broth. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add corn and simmer another 5 minutes. Toss with cilantro and black beans. Serves 5
