Ingredients
Wild Rice, 1 cupMushrooms, fresh, .50 cup, wholePeas, frozen, 0.5 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup olive oil
Directions
saute mushrooms, onion and peas in olive oil then add beef stock and bring to boil, add rice, return to boil then turn down to simmer and cover with lid for 20 min. Checking rice to make sure not to stick to pan or over cook.

    chicken stock adds a lot of flavor to wild rice. Be sure to cook it in a 1 part rice to 4 parts stock ratio--wild rice takes more liquid than regular. - 3/11/10
