butternut squash gratin

Ingredients
1 large butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and diced into 1 in. cubes2 cans diced tomatoes2 leeks, white and light green parts only, sliced into 1 in. pieces1 cup milk1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions
saute leek until soft
mix all ingredients in a 13x9 pan and pour milk over
bake at 350 for 30 min.
sprinkle bread crumbs evenly
bake another 5-15 min until crumbs are toasted
