Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 1.5 to 2 pounds * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp * Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 12 cups * Zucchini, 1 pound * Carrots, raw, 1 pound * Celery, raw, 1 pound * Salt, 2 dash * Pepper, black, 2 dash * Egg Noodles, enriched, 12 oz package
Directions
First chop up all the veggies (you'll be happy you did this first!). Next cube the chicken breast. In your soup pot toss the chicken, the olive oil and salt and pepper to taste. On a med. flame cook the chicken until done (should be just barely browning). Toss in all the veggies and allow to simmer for another 1-2 minutes. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Allow to simmer for 20-30 minutes until veggies are to desired softness. ENJOY! (Makes 14 1-cup servings.)
