Picadinho de Napa Cabbage

Ingredients
1 large head of Napa Cabbage cut in thin slices (rounds)1 lb 93-7 lean ground beef1 tbsp Salt1/4 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper2 tbsp Olive Oil1/2 cup tomato sauce1 tbsp Worchester sauce1/2 cup water1/4 cup fresh parsley finely chopped1 cup sweet onion finely chopped
Directions
I made up this recipe. It allows 10 servings:

1. Fry the ground beef with some of the salt and drain fat/water. Reserve.

2. Take the head of Napa Cabbage and hold it flat on a cutting board and start slicing circles starting from the tip of the cabbage making think rounds (slices) and reserve.

3. Heat the olive oil and stir in the onion. Add the tomato sauce and then the other spices and water.

4. Add the cabbage and the meat and let them cook together and mix the falvors.

Serve with white long rice. It is juicy, tasty and nutritious..
