Tilapia with Lime, Cilantro and Ancho Pepper

Ingredients
Tilapia, 27.5 oz Limes, 2 fruit (2" dia) Cilantro, dried, 3 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Pepper, ancho, dried, 2 tsp
Directions
mix all ingredients and add to fish in a large ziploc bag
marinate for 30mins
preheat oven to 350
lay out fish fillets in baking pan
bake for 40 minutes
makes 4 servings
