HCG Friendly Ceviche

Ingredients
8 oz imitation crab8 oz shrimp6 limes3 large slicing tomatoes or 7 Roma tomatoes2 cucumbers1 purple onion1 bunch cilantroSaltTapatio to taste
Directions
Juice limes into a bowl, add heavy pinch of salt.
Thaw and cut shrimp into small pieces, add to lime. Repeat with imitation crab.
Mince onion, cilantro, tomatoes and cucumber, add to bowl.
Add a splash of Tapatio, stir together.
