Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats1 cup ww flour2 tbs sesame seeds2 tbs flaxseed1 tsp baking powder1 tsp cinnamondash of salt2/3 cup corn syrup2 tbs canola oil1 egg1/2 cup any dried fruit1/2 ~ 2/3 cup any chopped nut
Directions
Preheat oven to 325, line pan with foil and spray with oil.

In large mixing bowl mix dry ingredients; in separate bowl mix liquid. Combine. Add fruits and nuts. (May need additional moisture - add water 1 or 1 tbs) Press into prepared pan and bake for 30 ~ 35 minutes. Remove when brown, allow to cool for 10 minutes than cut into bars while still a bit warm.
