Mustard Crusted Tilapia

2 (6 oz) fresh tilapia fillets1 teaspoon spice brown mustard1 teaspoon Worchester sauce1/2 teaspoon lemon juice1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon dried oregano1/2 teaspoon grated parmesean1 teaspoon fine italian bread crumbs (I used almond meal)
1) Preaheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a glass baking dish w/cooking spray.
2)Place tilapia fillets into prepared baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake in preheated oven for 10 min. Meanwhile, stir together the mustard, Worchester sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, orgegano, and parmesan cheese.
3) When fish as cooked for 10 min, sprea with herb paste, and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Continue baking for another 5 min until the topping is bubbly and golden.
