Ingredients
2 C. flour2 tsp. baking powder1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt3 egg yolks, slightly beaten1 1/2 C. milk + 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice3 Tbsp. crisco3 stiffly beaten egg whites
Directions
Stiffly beat egg whites, set aside. Sift dry ingredients together. Add milk/lemon juice mixture and egg yolks. Cut in crisco. Stir is stiffly beaten egg whites.

Makes 6 belgian waffles.
