Garlic & Herb Chicken with Penne

4 Garlic & Herb Chicken breasts (Frozen chicken from Aldi)1 jar Ragu...recipe is calculated using the Ragu Light Tomato and Basil1 can diced no salt added tomatoes13.25 oz of dry whole wheat penne pasta (1 box)
Bake the chicken breasts for about 1 hour at 35o degrees. I bake mine in a pyrex 9 X 13 pan covered with foil.
The last 15 minutes of baking, boil your water...add penne and cook about 12 minutes. Drail.
Cut up cooked chicken into bitesize pieces. Add to pasta. Add can of diced tomatoes and the jar of Ragu. Toss together and serve!
Makes 5 serving under 400 calories...serve with a salad or veggie and you've got a great meal!
