Terriyaki chicken stir fry

6 Tbsp of low salt soy sauce2 cups of water(I use bottled)1 tsp ginger1/2 cup brown sugar, packed2 chicken breast1 can pineapple1 onion2 cups bean sprouts1 frozen 10 oz bag of stir fry vegs1 bunch, chopped asparagasenough oil to cover your pan or spray oil
Dice the chicken breast in to dice size pieces. Heat oil in Pan. Drop into heated wok or fry pan. Cook until no longer pink. Cover.
In a small bowl mix brown sugar, ginger, soy sauce and just enough water to make a paste. Add juice from canned pineapple.
Add all fresh vegies to chicken. cook until tinder. Add soy sauce mix. Stir until covered. Add frozen vegs and just enough water to steam. Serve over rice.
