Ingredients
1/2- head of raw red cabbage, shredded1/2-head of raw cabbage, shredded3-raw carrots, chopped1-inch of ginger root, chopped1 cup of parsley, chopped1/2 cup of olive oil1 tbsp of mustard powder1/4 cup of lemon juice
Directions
Toss the cabbages and carrots in a bowl.
Blend the olive oil, parsley, mustard powder, and ginger root in a blender.
Add the dressing to the raw vegetables and mix well.
