Healthy Cincinnati Chili

Ingredients
* Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove) * Garlic, 1 clove (remove) * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tbsp (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Salt, 1 tsp (remove) * Paprika, .5 tsp (remove) * Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove) * Oregano, ground, .5 tsp (remove) * *Cumin seed, .5 tsp (remove) * Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp (remove) * Cloves, ground, .25 tsp (remove) * Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove) * Ground Turkey, 2 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)
Directions
Mix all ingredients except turkey. Bring to boil. Crumble turkey into mixture. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Simmer 60-90 minutes.
