Ingredients
Indian Head Stone Ground Yellow Corn Meal, 1 cup Flour, white, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Canola Oil, .25 cupMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Preheat to 425F.
(from the bag): Combine corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix oil, egg and milk together and add to dry ingredients with a few swift strokes. Bake in greased 9x9x2 inch pan for 20-25 minutes. Slice into 9 pieces (3x3).
