Ingredients
1/2 C chopped onions1/2 C chopped red bell pepper1/4 C shredded carrots2 T Canola oil1 clove garlic minced1 lb lean ground beef4 T Chili sauce1 C tomato sauce1 T Worcestershire sauce1 T ground yellow mustardsalt and peper to taste1/4 C Kitchen Basics beef stock
Directions
In large skillet, heat oil. Add vegetables and saute about 5 minutes, until soft. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Crumble beef and add to skillet. Brown. Add rest of ingredients, and simmer until sauce thickens. Makes 4 servings.
