Black Bean and Corn Tostadas

5 corn tortillas1/3 cup diced onion1/3 cup diced bell pepper1 (16 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed1 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed3/4 cup salsa1 1/2 tsp chili powder1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp salt1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1. preheat oven to 350.
2. coat tortillas with cooking spray; place on a baking sheet. bake at 350 for 10 minutes or until crisp, turning after 7 minutes.
3. while tortillas bake, saute onion and bell pepper for 4 minutes in a large skillet heated to medium-high heat. stir in beans and next seven ingredients. cook for 2 minutes.
4. place tortillas on plates and top each one with abotu 1/2 cup of bean mixture.
