1 can reduced sodium (optional) black beans, drained2 cups organic free range chicken broth2.5 tbsp of Pico De Gallo Salsa4 leaves of Romaine lettuce (you can use any leafy greens but i had this on hand)1 dash salt1 tbsp black pepper.5 tsp cayenne pepper1 tbsp basilt tsp minced garlicThese are for garnish and are optional: They make it creamier especially if you stir them in. If you nix them, note the calories and nutrition info will be reduced:1/2 tbsp Naturally Yours Fat Free sour creamt tbsp Parmigiano reggiano
Throw all ingredients, except for sour cream and parmigiano reggiano into pot
boil for 2 minutes
simmer for 3 minutes
