grapefruit and almond yogurt

Ingredients
1/3 - 1/2 c. grapefruit sections, drained well1 4oz size Dannon Diabetic vanilla yogurt1 Nature Valley Almond Crunch bar
Directions
Place bar in thick plastic bag and crush pretty well with rolling pin. In small bowl put grapefruit section (slurp off any extra juice) then add yogurt and nuts. Mix together and enjoy immensely! For best results use a fresh grapefruit and cut the sections yourself - much better than even the jarred variety.
