1 LB GROUND TURKEY2 CUPS INSTANT MASHED POTATOES1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP2 CUPS LOW FAT CHEDDAR CHEESE1 16 OZ. BAG FROZEN GREEN BEANS
TAKE TURKEY AND BROWN IN SKILLET. DRAIN AND ADD CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP.(CAN USE LOW FAT SOUP TO SAVE ON CALORIES) MEANWHILE TAKE 2 CUPS OF INSTANT MASHED POTATOES AND PREPARE AS DIRECTED. ALSO TAKE GREEN BEANS AND COOK UNTIL HEATED. WHEN ALL HAVE BEEN HEATED PLACE TURKEY MIXTURE IN A BAKING DISH AND COVER IT WITH THE GREEN BEANS. COVER THE MIXTURE WITH THE SHREDDED CHEESE AND COVER THAT WITH THE MASHED POTATOES. PLACE DISH IN A 400 DEGREE OVEN AND COOK UNTIL CHEESE HAS MELTED. THIS TAKES APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES. MAKES 6 SERVINGS
