1Tbsp Peanut Butter.5 Tbsp Jam or Jelly2 Slices White Wheat Bread
Directions
Toast bread, if desired. Spread peanut butter on one slice, jam or jelly on the other. Join pieces together, such that the spread sides face each other and the pb joins with the j.

Consume as soon as possible, if not sooner.

Serves 1. Or two if you are feeling generous
