Tandoori Tofu

Ingredients

1/4 tsp salt1 Tbsp vegetable oil (I didn't have olive oil)16oz package of firm tofu1 cup nonfat plain yogurt2 Tbsp curry powder2 Tbsp cilantro1/2 cup onions, chopped1 tsp fresh ground ginger1 clove of garlic1/4 tsp chilli powder (I didn't have cayenne)1 lemon, juicedserve with rice (not calculated into nutritional info)
Press as much liquid out of the tofu as possible, then cut into 1 inch cubes
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the onion and oil
Cover bowl with cling wrap
Let marinate in the fridge for at least two hours
In skillet, cook onions in oil until lightly browned
Add the marinated tofu
Cook until heated evenly, about 10-15 minutes
Serve with rice (not calculated into recipe or nutritional information)
