93% Lean ground beef1 large egg, fresh1 can Hunt's diced tomatoes (slightly pureed)1 c. Quakers quick oatmeal1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion soup mixGarlic salt and paper to taste.
Makes approximately 8 servings (4 larger portions)
add ingredients. With hands mix all ingredients. Place in square glass or metal pan 8x8.5. Bake at 350 for one hour. Good with side salad, 2 cups of broccoli steamed with 4 T. zesty italian dressing (good seasons with balsamic vinegar and olive oil is great) poured over them.
