Almond Milk Walnut Cereal with Peanuts (138 cal, 2.3 net carb)

1 c Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened, 1 net carb12g (4 halves) Lightly roasted Walnuts, (1 half = 20 cal)3 g (4 nuts) Dry Roasted Peanuts, (1 nut = 4-5 cal)3 to 4 drops (to taste) Liquid Stevia, (I like Vanilla Cream in this)

1. If your Walnuts are not roasted place them on a flat pan in a 350 deg Oven for about 3 minutes and let cool.
2. Grind Walnuts and Peanuts in coffee grinder until a fine meal consistency.
3. Place your Almond milk in a cup and heat in your microwave until about 160-180 deg.
4. Add Walnuts, Peanuts and stir.
5. Sweeten and Enjoy
You can lower or raise the calories by adjusting the Walnut and Peanut amounts.
