Ginger-Jasmine Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
2 lbs Rhubarb trimmed and cut into 2 in lengths3 jasmine tea bags2 tbsp minced ginger1 1/4 cup water1 1/2 cups sugar
Directions
Bring water to boil in sauce pan.
Add tea bags. Seep for 15 minutes.
Remove bags.
Add rhubarb, sugar and ginger.
Bring to boil over med-high heat, stirring.
Simmer at med-low head for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from head and cool.
Server over ice cream, yogurt, custard, what have you.
