OilGarlicItalian stewed tomatoes1 1/2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 pkg. of frozen broccoliParmesan cheese
Heat oil and add garlic. Then add stewed tomatoes. Slice chicken into bite size pieces. Add to skillet and cook though. Add frozen broccoli and parmesan cheese. Cook through. Serve over brown rice- not in calorie count.
