Shrimp with Tomatoes and Spinach

Ingredients
.5 pound raw, deveined shrimp1 TB olive oil1 cup cherry tomatoes1 cup raw spinach1 package near east rice pilaf1/2 c dry white winered pepper flakes1/2 t salt1/2 t pepper
Directions
saute shrimp in oil on med-high heat about 2 mins
remove from oil
add to oill; garlic and red pepper, until fragrant
slowly add wine, cook 2 mins on high heat
add tomatoes and spinach
add salt and pepper
add shrimp, heat all the way through
