Ingredients
2 cups chopped parsley*1 large tomato chopped*.25 cup chopped green onions*.25 cup dry bulgur.25 cup olive oil1 large lemon's juicesalt* These should be very very tinyily chopped. They should be the size of one grain of the bulgur.
Directions
First put the bulgur in a dish and cover it with water while you are chopping everything else.

Chop the parsley, tomatoes, and onions. Put them in a bowl.
Now drain the water in the bulgur ( it should have grown in size by then) and add it to the bowl. Finally add the oil, lemon , and salt.
Mix and serve.
