Directions
mix ingredients in a jug. Heat up a non stick pan. Pour half the mixture as if making a pancake. Turn when covered in bubbles. Do same with rest of the mixture.

    half and half so as to achieve a pancake batter consistency. I probably should have not gone as far as sharing the recipe. I would not say this is a delicious recipe but it's something you can eat as a substitute to warm bread if, like me, you can't eat wheat and most grains.

    This has so many topper possibilities. Breakfast pizza; use like a shortcake topping with berries, nut & whipped cream; make it thin like crepes. Thanks for this simple recipe.
