Whole Wheat Penne with Turkey Italian Sausage, Greens, and Beans

3 Links Turkey Italian Sausage, casing removed8 oz whole wheat penne pasta, cooked according to package directions1 can Progresso Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed6 cups mixed baby salad greens1/2 cup no salt added chicken stock2 cloves garlic, minced1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)Olive Oil flavored cooking spray
While Pasta cooks, spray a large skillet with cooking spray. Cook sausage over medium high heat, breaking into pieces, until browned and cooked through. Add garlic, red pepper, beans and chicken stock to pan. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 - 4 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat and add greens. Stir to combine until greens are wilted. Add cooked pasta. Serve with grated cheese (not included in nutrition information). Makes 6 servings.
