1 bag frozen broccoli florets1/2 large red onion, diced~3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated1 Tbs. olive oil2 Tbs. minced garlicgarlic salt, pepper to taste
Saute onions, mushrooms, and garlic in olive oil; cook til onions are translucent. Add broccoli and Parmesan; stir-fry til heated through. Add garlic salt and pepper to taste.
