Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds boneless bottom sirloin1/4 teaspoon salt1 pound small white or pearl onions1 pound baby carrots1 pound small red new potatoes3 ribs celery, cut into 2" long pieces2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
Directions
Rub all sides of meat with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Arrange the onions in the bottom of a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Place beef on top. Add carrots, potatoes, celery and broth.
Cover and cook on low 6 to 7 ours, or until fork-tender.
