Mexi Turkey Chili with Brown Rice

Ingredients
Lean Ground TurkeyBoil in Bag Brown Rice (yields 2 cups)OnionGarlic (two cloves or 1 Tsp)Canned Corn (drained)Canned TomatoesChili Powder (Or you can get the can of Chili Ready canned tomatoes)Taco Seasoning Pkt (low sodium)
Directions
Place Olive Oil, Garlic & Onion in pan, brown until onion is almost clear. Add Ground Turkey, Brown. Add Tomatoes, Corn, Taco Seasoning.
Boil Rice, add to above mixture, simmer until thickened.
Serving Size: 1 Cup
